BWT stepped onto the red carpet as the official gifting partner for AKKA's Silver Jubilee celebrations — a milestone 25 years in the making for the Association of Kannada Kootas of America. What began as a small diaspora network in 1998 has grown into one of the largest platforms uniting Kannadigas across North America, and this year, that legacy was honored on home ground in Bengaluru.

The evening brought together actors, directors, and honorees from Kannada cinema for a night that felt equal parts homecoming and celebration. Awards were presented on a stage built for Sandalwood's biggest names, with BWT curating the gifting experience for every honoree who walked away with a trophy in hand.
